We require payment for the first month, as well as a prepayment for the last month. We require debit/credit card on an autopayment each month, with due date determined by your contract date. We also require 30 days’ notice for move-out. When notice is given, we turn off your autopay, and we apply your prepaid last month to your last month of rent.
All of our facilities offer 24-hour video surveillance.
No, our units do not have electrical hookups.
We do not offer electrical hook-ups at this time.
We offer uncovered spaces for rent in both Central Point and Eagle Point, and we offer covered spaces for rent in Eagle Point. The vehicle / RV must be in good working, roadworthy condition, have current registration and insurance, and must be a model year 2008 or newer. We can sometimes accept older year models, but we work these out on a case-by-case basis.
Our regular conventional units are not climate controlled. However, we are pleased to currently offer climate-controlled portable storage units for sale.
Our Eagle Point facility offers conventional climate-controlled units in a variety of sizes.
For legal and insurance purposes, you are not able to use the storage units for anything other than storing your items.
You can manage your payment options by logging in to our client portal, located here. You’ll just need our account number and space/unit number. You can also give us a call during business hours, and we’ll be happy to take your debit or credit card payment over the phone.
All vehicles stored with us must be 2008 or newer. They also must be in good working, roadworthy order, be insured, and current on their registration. For vehicles older than 2008 and in good condition, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to see if we can make an exception.
